Focus...must have focus

So Rafi and I have decided that we need to conduct a few focus groups in which we have local Austinites taste our drinks and give us feedback. We've done our fair share of secondary research, but really want some primary data. The goal is to clearly define our target market and gain some feedback on those all-too-important issues like product positioning, packaging, and price. We plan to conduct some focus groups with fellow MBA students, others with friends, and several with people who we don't know. Our ultimate goal is to get as much unbiased feedback as possible regarding the direction of our company. The focus groups should start next week.
